Welcome Examining Project Sunlight: A Souper Supper EventWhen LWVAC members saw a demo of “Project Sunlight” in December by Attorney General Andrew Cuomo and Blair Horner, the then project manager (and now heade of NYPIRG), we were excited about the promise that it had to promote transparency in state government. of action on local issues - the Pine Bush preserve, the Albany County

. . . .] The League of Women Voters Studies ImmigrationThe League of Women Voters recently launched a three-year Immigration
Study aimed at helping communities understand the implications of immigration
at the local, state, and federal level. As part of this project, League
members and leaders will explore the underlying values and principles
regarding immigration, reasons for immigration, current federal immigration
policy, and the impact of immigration in American society.
