You must be registered to vote in the November 2024 election on or before October 26, 2024. Verify your registration here.
You can register to vote online.
You can register in person at the Albany County Board of Elections at 260 South Pearl St, Albany NY 12202.
You can register by mail, requesting an application by entering your name directly into Voter Registration Form Request mailing list or by calling 1-800-FOR-VOTE (1-800-367-8683) the NYS Voter Registration Hotline.
1. Ballot must be postmarked no later than November 5th; it must be received by the County Board of Elections no later than November 12th.
2. Or bring it to an early voting poll site in your county between October 26th and November 3rd.
3. Or bring it to your County Board of Elections Office OR to a poll site in the county no later than November 5th by 9pm.
