our annual Harvest of Friends & Food

Potluck Dinner & Membership Meeting

Who: LWVAC Members and Their Guests

When: Thursday, December 11, doors open 6:00 o’clock

Dinner & program from 6:30 to 8:00 pm

Where: Delmar Presbyterian Church, 585 Delaware Ave, Delmar, NY

Purpose: Meet, greet, eat, circulate, hear about League opportunities!

Bring: A potluck dish to share, your place setting(s), a guest.

Please note: This is a Zero-Waste event which is why we ask you to bring your own place settings (plate, silverware, cup, napkin and serving utensil). We also ask that you be mindful of the size of your potluck dish and consider bringing take home containers so we reduce food waste. We will provide beverages.

Please register yourself and any guests so we know how many are coming.
