About this event

Join us for a League brunch with Jack McEneny, Albany County Historian and former Assembly member, where you will learn about the role Albany has played since the founding of our county.
The nineteenth century brought major changes as the Erie Canal, steamboats, and railroads transformed Albany into a busy transportation and commercial hub. Immigration, manufacturing, and expanding trade helped shape the city's neighborhoods and diverse population.
During the twentieth century, Albany became increasingly defined by state government, education, and public institutions.
From its Dutch colonial beginnings to its role in modern New York, Albany continues to reflect the changing story of American history.
Brunch includes scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast with maple syrup, yogurt, granola, muffins and bread with cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, and jelly, orange and apple juice, coffee and tea.
Cost: $45 for members; $50 for non-members (LOG IN as a member to pay the member cost.)
Deadline to Register: November 6th!
